ashley + jonathan...engaged!

i am so (so) happy for my two friends ashley + jonathan,

and the announcement of their engagement.

it is likely that i freaked out more than ashley,

after hearing the big news ;)

i love these two individually.

i love them even more as one.

so real. so happy. so in love.

which of course, brings a smile to my face.

i was thrilled to be given the chance to take part in all the excitement & to have been asked to take their engagement photos + put together their save the dates. although the weather was unbearable, we did manage to get a few shots done in between intervals of thawing out our frozen hands from the heat in the truck. thank you jon and ash - not only for your patience in the bitter cold, but also for giving me the opportunity to do this for you.

i loved every second of it.

i was very impressed with the paper & overall quality of the save the dates (pictured above) that we did through this site that we happened to come across. the site offers a tastefully.unique assortment to choose from, with designs that are flat out refreshing. just simple and lovely. go on & take a peak by clicking here. warning: you may get sucked into it for quite some time if you enjoy browsing their stuff, half as much as ashley and i did ;)
